The following terms apply to purchases of fine art prints and digital or physical artwork created by The Creative Maiel. By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the customer) and me (the artist). Please read carefully before placing an order.

Fine Art Prints & Descriptions

All fine art prints are painted, illustrated, designed and printed with care. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the physical print due to monitor settings. Sizes, materials and packaging care are clearly listed either in the description or in our FAQs.

Processing Time

Your fine art prints are printed locally with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be printed, processed and dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and your location. Delivery delays caused by postal services are outside our control. Every order is fully trackable, offering complete visibility of its delivery progress. Please visit Australia Post for more information regarding delivery times.

Returns & Refunds

All print art print sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on our fine art prints.

If your print order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact us at thecreativemaiel@gmail.com within 24 hours, with photographic evidence and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All fine art prints, designs, illustrations, and artwork are the property of The Creative Maiel. Reproduction, resale, or use of any designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

Your personal information is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not share your information with third parties
