What paper stock do you print your wall art prints on?
For our wall art prints, we print on 170gsm Smooth Matte paper. It is a heavyweight, matte, neutral white paper that prints vibrant colours. Print sizes are available in A0, A1, A2, and A3. For more product information, please see the product listing description.
Do your wall art prints come framed?
No, our fine art prints are not framed. This allows you the freedom to select the perfect frame for your space.
What is the wall art print printing & processing time?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be printed, processed and dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.
What is the shipping time?
Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and your location. In Australia, Standard shipping is approximately 4-5 business days, while Express shipping is approximately 3-4 business days.
Delivery delays caused by postal services are outside our control. Every order is fully trackable, offering complete visibility of its delivery progress.
Please note:
- All timeframes are in addition to our processing time of up to 5 business days.
- Remote or regional areas may take 1–3 extra business days.
- Times may be affected by public holidays or peak seasons.
Will I have tracking on my wall art print orders?
Yes, all fine art print orders include tracking for your reassurance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Do you offer text personalisation to wall art prints?
Yes, if you would like to add text personalisation to your fine art prints, please contact me via email at thecreativemaiel@gmail.com. There is an $8 fee. Keep in mind, there will be character limitations.
Do you provide Refunds & Returns?
Unfortunately, all wall art print sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact us at thecreativemaiel@gmail.com within 24 hours, with photographic evidence and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you offer layout customisation to your wall art prints?
Yes, if the artwork allows. If you would like basic layout customisation (layout or text) to your wall art prints, please contact me at thecreativemaiel@gmail.com.
Do you currently offer Art Commissions?
Yes, I offer custom artwork - landscape and floral paintings, illustrations and digital artwork commissions. Please contact thecreativemaiel@gmail.com.
Do you offer Commercial Art Commissions?
