What paper stock do you print your Fine Art Prints on?

For our fine art prints, we print on 260gsm Fine Art Smooth paper. It is a heavyweight, matte-coated, neutral white paper that prints vibrant colours. Print sizes are available in A1, A2, A3, and A4. For more product information, please see the product listing description.

Do your Fine Art Prints come framed?

No, our fine art prints are not framed. This allows you the freedom to select the perfect frame for your space.

What is the Fine Art Print printing & processing time? 

Your fine art prints are printed locally on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be printed, processed and dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.

What is the shipping time?

Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and your location. Standard shipping is approximately 2-6 business days, while Express shipping is approximately 1-3 business days. Please visit Australia Post for more information regarding delivery times to your area.

Delivery delays caused by postal services are outside our control. Every order is fully trackable, offering complete visibility of its delivery progress. 

Please note:

  • All timeframes are in addition to our processing time of up to 5 business days.
  • Remote or regional areas may take 1–3 extra business days.
  • Times may be affected by public holidays or peak seasons

Will I have tracking on my Fine Art Print orders?

Yes, all fine art print orders include tracking for your reassurance.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within Australia only.

Do you offer text personalisation to fine art prints?

Yes, if you would like to add text personalisation to your fine art prints, please select the Personalisation option on the product listing. There is an $8 fee. Keep in mind, there will be character limitations. See full instructions here.

Do you provide Refunds & Returns?

Unfortunately, all fine art print sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake, please contact us at thecreativemaiel@gmail.com within 24 hours, with photographic evidence and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
